ENGLISH UNIT 7 part 3

Good morning

Today we are going to continue with Unit 7. Click on the photo and read the grammar box, as you listen:


As you can see, the auxiliar DID is the past form of DO, and we use it both in the Question and in the Answer:

-Did you wash your hands this morning? Yes, I did (Modo afirmativo de la primera persona: I) / No, I don´t (Modo negativo de la primera persona: I)
-Did he have a shower? Yes he did (Modo afirmativo de la tercera persona del singular: He, She o It) / No, he didn´t (Modo negativo de la tercera persona del singular: He, She, It) 

Es muy sencillo, solo tenemos que sustituir do o does por DID y don´t o doesn´t por DIDN´T para pasar del presente al pasado.
No os preocupeis porque vamos a practicar mucho para que lo entendáis bien.

Example: 
Do you go to school now? No, I don´t.
Did you go to school before the quarantine? Yes, I did.
Does she (your teacher) write on the blog? Yes, she does.
Did she (your teacher) write on the blog before the quarantine? No, she didn´t.
